Your team

Our partnership team is a small but mighty crew, handling everything from the Nordics to the UK and from the Dutch to the German markets. With their extensive knowledge and experience, they focus on building and maintaining strong relationships that drive our growth ambitions. You will join this dynamic team, where collaboration and innovation are at the heart of everything we do.

Your mission

Your mission is to bring in new business and drive growth by connecting potential clients with Leat’s industry-leading CRM and loyalty solutions. This role is all about engaging leads, running product demos, and turning prospects into long-term customers.


Your impact? Expanding Leat’s reach across food, hospitality, and retail businesses ~ helping them unlock data-driven marketing, loyalty programs, and seamless automation. You’ll work closely with our partnership managers to ensure a smooth handover from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring businesses get the best start with Leat.

Who you are

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in sales, business development, or partnerships

  • Enjoy connecting with people and building relationships

  • Energetic and inspiring individual serving as the central point for clients and leads

  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of the business

  • Strategic commercial thinker with strong networking skills

  • Takes ownership of work and determined to get things done

  • Capable of representing the company in key negotiations

  • You speak fluently Dutch and English
