Our Customer Success team is the heartbeat of Leat HQ. We’re a group of loyalty experts dedicated to helping businesses across Europe set up, grow, and fine-tune their loyalty programs using smart data insights. If you’re ready to work closely with our teams, tackle customer challenges, nurture relationships, and elevate loyalty programs, we’d love to have you on board!
Your mission
Your mission is to ensure that our customers are satisfied and fully benefit from our product, playing a vital role in their success and development. Through your strong communication skills, you will work to achieve success for all stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of customer experience. You'll proactively troubleshoot issues, continually provide input for process improvements, and manage all incoming customer communications. With a focus on reducing workload while delivering outstanding service, you will strive to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of customer support.
