Who are we?

Hi, we’re Leat 👋

We have the power of a big company with a small team of pros. Quality over quantity.

We may look like other CRM systems, but we're most certainly not.

We’ve simplified what it takes to create great experiences. Like our team, we’ve designed our software to be small but mighty, giving our clients all the essentials to elevate your business without the unnecessary noise. Because even the most ‘data-driven’ experiences mean nothing without that human touch.

Our mission is to prove that great customer experiences aren’t only for the top dogs. Because at the end of the day, it’s not data that makes your business shine.

Your team

Our product team is a close-knit crew of about fifteen passionate developers and UX designers. We mostly work out of our Maarssen office because we love collaborating in person—and yes, that includes grabbing a drink or two after work (any day of the week, not just Fridays!). We run on two-week sprints with a lightweight, streamlined version of scrum (fewer meetings, more action), which keeps us focused, motivated and efficient.

Your mission

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be working on building innovative, scalable solutions for a platform that processes a high volume of marketing activities and loyalty and gift card transactions per second for thousands of companies worldwide. You will enhance a product suite that includes data acquisition tools, engagement features, loyalty solutions, gift card and prepaid options, email and branding functionalities, automation tools, and customer journey management, along with any new ideas you contribute to further improve the platform.

What we offer

We offer you a working environment where you can share your knowledge, ambitions and creativity. Our goal is to become the world's leading loyalty platform. And we aim to get there by making sure what we do today is just a little bit better than yesterday. That’s why we invest in your professional and personal development. This is what you can expect (based on 40 hours a week):

  • A professional working environment, with a young, energetic and innovative team

  • An established Dutch tech company scaling up in Europe

  • An amazing office-space between Utrecht and Amsterdam, easily reachable by both car and public transport (train station is right next door)

  • A salary range tailored to your level, experience and background

  • 25 vacation days

  • Business and travel expense reimbursement

  • A training budget to stay on top of your game

  • A pension scheme

Who you are

  • WO/University thinking level

  • At least two years of working experience as a full stack developer, preferably ±4-5 years+

  • Experience with (some of the following:) React, TypeScript, Webpack

  • Experience with (some of the following:) PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Kubernetes, Docker, Google Cloud Platform

  • A flexible team player, who likes to solve problems and gets motivated by building great products and features

  • Energetic, proactive, motivated and venturous. You don't like to sit back and wait for someone to tell you what to do, but you want to spend your time taking the product, team & company to the next level

  • Likes to work on a broad spectrum of responsibilities and tasks. Preferably also has some aspirations to engage in either some team management, product/project management, or DevOps

  • Someone who can coach their teammates, manage projects and communicate with stakeholders from various departments
